Litigation against Government Decision no. 311/2025

The EcoLegal Association has initiated the action to suspend and annul Government Decision No. 311/2025, which decided to reorganize the environmental authorities in Romania, including the dissolution of the National Agency for Environmental Protection (ANPM) and the National Environmental Guard, in order to merge them into a new entity.
